Some emblem stuff, some crafted BoE, some ICC 5-man heroic drops. Also Quel'Delar after I managed to win a roll for a high end item for the first time in my life. All in all it's decent stuff I guess. Fully gemmed (agi) and enchanted ofc. I normally do around 4-4.5k DPS in heroics. One with frost resistance, and one piece that is enchanted with stamina/nature resistance. Haven't really felt the need to collect resistance stuff. Alts: Nope. I'm travellin' the monogamous road.
Other: Kaad, my one and only active char, was born summer 2009. I started playing back in beta so I'm really an old school guy, and when WoW launched I chose to play a warrior tank here on Darksorrow. He is now dead and gone. The guild I was in back then did some MC, Onyxia and ZG. Nothing fancy but we did ok. When the guild disbanded the game lost its meaning for me and I quit the game to never return - or so I thought. It turned out to be a very long break, and now here I am, back in the game and really enjoying it.
My current talent build is: My DPS build is MM, 7/64/0 at the moment, but lately I sort of started leaning towards going with the almighty 7/57/7. I use a wolf pet as it is pretty much mandatory to do so DPS-wise. I am also dual specced and my other spec is BM 58/13/0 which (combined with a pretty little turtle) allows me to solo pretty much everything. I've soloed the whole Valhallas event in Icecrown and also managed to do Utgarde Keep normal as well as Drak'Tharon Keep normal by myself. I guess we can call the soloing a little hobby of mine.

Previous guilds: Nightkin Gathering. Started out in fall 2004, died in fall of 2006. I was a founding member and an officer, and basically my first stint in WoW was all about that guild. Have never been in another real guild since then.
Raid Experience (Naxx, OS, Ulduar, Tot(G)C & VOA ): No experience of raiding in Northrend or Outland. Just good old Vanilla.
Relations: I have looked through your roster but I cant say that any of the names ring a bell. Perhaps there is a few old timers lurking about there, who knows? Anyway I haven't been in touch with anyone of you in advance to making this application.
Why Gnomeland?
Ok, so here's the thing (brace yourselves for the wall of text): I don't have any great interest in hardcore raiding. Due to IRL I dont have much time to play, and especially not in the evening. The only time I'm online on a daily basis is between 5 and 6.30 in the morning, as that is the usual time when my kid has woken up, had his breakfast and been put back to bed for another hour or so of sleep. However, every now and then I do get to play in the evening and at that time it's damn near impossible to be able to tag along for something fun. I've been trying in vain to find a PUG and get to revisit Onyxia, and this week I've been trying several times to get into a 10-man PUG for instructor Razuvious for the weekly raid quest. Since I am unguilded and don't have the achievement for Naxx 10 I could just as well try to run my head through a brick wall for a couple of hours. I guess with more effort it would be possible, but I dont have the time or the energy to beg and convince random people for hours on end that I really do know the tactics and that I really am good enough for their precious little raid.
I just want to be able to do some fun stuff along with good and trustworthy players who dont call each other retards as soon as someone makes a mistake. When I have the time I would be more than willing to fill up the ranks in the odd raid if there is a need or an opening. I would love to tag along for some of the lesser 10-man stuff (or 25-man stuff should that be the case) just for fun. I would even love doing some guild 5-man heroics and help out with boosting if there is a need. However, I can not commit myself to set days or raid times as my life is not currently built like that. therefore I would be more than happy just to play the supporting cast of a social member in your fine guild.
I chose to make an application to Gnomeland because you strike me as a bunch of laid back, mature and solid guys. Also there seems to be a place for casuals within your guild. These things combined are all I could ever wish for.

Thank you for applying. You have written a very nice application and really seem to be the type that would fit into GS just fine.
We do have quite a few hunters for the raid spots at the moment, but if I understand you correctly - that is not something that would trouble you as your focus is more of a social nature.
